The unit rates on a two-year renewal were above the market. The big rise in the standing charge was fair.

Yes. We look at your bills and contract and tell you what we find. You don’t pay us anything, and there’s no obligation to switch.
Suppliers pay us a fee that’s built into your unit rate, the same way most brokers are paid. The difference is that we show you the amount on every quote, in pence per kWh and pounds per year, before you sign. In our example quote it’s 0.80p per kWh.
No. Switching supplier only changes who bills you. The pipes, cables and meter stay the same, and so does your supply.
Usually not without a fee, but you can often agree a new contract up to 12 months before your current one ends, so the new price starts the day the old one finishes.
A recent bill for each supply and a signed letter of authority, which lets us talk to your supplier on your behalf. We’ll send you the form.
A free review takes about 20 minutes. We check what you’re paying, tell you when your contract really ends, and show you any quotes with our fee on them. No obligation to switch.
